- Featuring Cloud Diffusion Complex—a weightless blend of silky polymers and micropowders to create an innovative formula that instantly diffuses color for a soft-focus finish.
- To blur color, press lips together and gently blend outward with fingertips. Use #22 Blending Brush to diffuse and blend along the edges.
- For full intensity, fill in lips completely with the applicator and build to meet desired color payoff.
