4th purchaseI love the colour which is why I keep buying it but it's really not good value.
One time the whole pencil came out of the shaft and I had to return it. But my main gripe is the pencil is very long in length but the actual product inside it is about a third of that length and therefore doesn't last very long.

Not as I used to from NARS productsI'm not using any brand but NARS since 5 years. I mainly wear their eye liners. I've also tried the night series, the purple and it was amazing. The reason I stick to NARS eyeliners is the smoothness and how creamy feel they are. I was very disappointed as recently bought the green shade ( night porter) it was exceptionally tough. I need to use a moisturiser on my eyes beforehand to not hurt my eyelid. I'm assuming this is a faulty lot or poor storing? But what a shame. I'm back to my other shades which are nice, extra soft and consistent.

Night Bird and Night PorterIf I was ever asked, why NARS is so superior to any other luxury brand, these pencils would be one of the reasons, why! These pencils bring the color to the eyes, but does not make you too painted and peacocky. You can wear them alone and the look would be so rich as if you've used eyeshadows, and also you can wear it on top of richly applied eyeshadows. Either way - longwearing! Definitely worth the money!
I love to wear the Night Porter with the darkest shade from eyeshadow duo "Cleo".

Nightbird eyelinerI have used this eyeliner for a couple of years. It stays on all day. It looks fabulous and I have fantastic comments about my eyes. Thank you nars. Please don't ever take this off the market.
